Sales Representatives
The Academy of Orthodontic Assisting, the nation’s leading provider of orthodontic assistant training, is seeking qualified sales representatives nationwide and abroad.
Location: Southwest, Southeast, Northeast, Midwest, Great Lakes, Canada, Australia and/or New Zealand
Responsibilities: Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas. Develop and prospect for new business in assigned territory. Attend trade show and other industry related events. Travel as needed for in-office demonstrations and training. Maintain documented activity and customer management system through the company’s CRM. Work independently from your own home office.
Requirements: College degree or equivalent experience. Previous orthodontic or dental related sales experience a must. Our sales candidates will have a proven track record of performance and a high level of organization, independence and self-motivation.
Desirable Qualifications: Previous experience working within an orthodontic or dental practice, roles may include treatment coordinators, new patient coordinators, clinical assistants or marketing coordinators. The most qualified candidates will have a keen understanding of orthodontic practice operations.
Salary: Commensurate with skills and experience.

Clinical Instructors (Orthodontic Assistants)
Class Instructors (part-time)
The Academy of Orthodontic Assisting, the nation’s leading provider of orthodontic assistant training, is seeking qualified instructors to lead and assist with hands-on retreats.
Location: Acworth, GA – Greater Atlanta Area
Responsibilities: Assist with hands-on Training courses in the Greater Atlanta area. Approximately six seminars are held each year. Must be available to work on weekends (Fri&Sat).
Requirements: Minimum experience of 5 years of Orthodontic Assisting. The preferred candidate will also have proven experience as a trainer or clinical manager. Previous orthodontic experience a must. Desire to teach, speak and coach others desirous of or those already in the orthodontic assisting profession. This is a part-time position that allows you to keep your current job, earn extra money providing a great service and expand your experience/skills at the same time.
