Join in on the fun at Orthodontic Boutique of CT – where everyone smiles! Our growing orthodontic practice in Trumbull and Darien CT, is seeking a full-time Scheduling Coordinator. We are looking for an outgoing, team-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude! Our orthodontic practice is about much more than just straight teeth and beautiful smiles!

This position requires a well-spoken, problem-solving individual who loves to make people smile. Previous orthodontic/dental experience preferred, but not required. Coordinator Duties include:

Following morning office protocol including checking phone messages, checking emails.
Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism.
Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the practice
Schedule patients for efficient use of doctor and staff time
Make follow-up appointments as needed
Prepare and send out correspondence as directed by the doctor or office manager
Follow the protocol for new patient intake as directed by the practice
Document any patient concerns
Educate patients on protocols for future appointments
Schedule appropriate appointments

Requirements:

Customer service and/or orthodontic experience preferred, but not required.
Competency in basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience in Ortho2 Edge software is a plus.
Hours and Days:

Full time (4 day work week)
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
