| Job Post Text/Description | In search of an RDA/OA. We are a high-tech orthodontic specialty office in Laguna Hills in need of highly motivated individuals who take pride in their work ethics and in providing the highest quality of care for their patients. We want an orthodontic assistant who is ready to work and coachable! TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK! This position for a lead orthodontic assistant who will be responsible for performing all aspects of orthodontic specialty patient care, including but not limited to taking records, x-rays and photos, help doctor with bonding, banding and aligner attachment procedures, tying and untying orthodontic wires, Impressions and 3D scanning, oral hygiene and appliance instructions, and use of various specialty software. Applicants must have either an active RDA license or OA (Orthodontic Assistant Permit) for California and the ability and desire to work with young patients as well as adults. Knowledge of Cloud9 and utilization of computers for charting is a great plus! Benefits include health, holiday, vacation and well pay and a great retirement plan.
